At Corporate Learning Division's Leadership Development Center, we have many different leadership seminars and training programs.  These programs are designed to bring out the best traits in your leaders so that the company and employees can be the strongest they can be.  We offer training in the following areas:

Leadership Skills:  In our Leadership Development classes, new and old leaders are coached by experienced trainers on how to become more successful managers and role models.  Our Management Training courses will strengthen every participant.   

Team Building:  Our Team Building training will teach participants how teams strengthen the corporate world.  Employees will go back to there companies knowing how to define goals, prioritize tasks, and pick roles all within a group setting. 

Coaching and Mentoring:  Not only do we recognize the importance of good leaders, but, we know that these leaders need to be able to coach promising employees as well.  Our Teaching and Mentoring series includes training on coaching and advanced leadership as well as how mentors should chose protégés.  These seminars compliment our leadership development classes perfectly.
