RN Refresher Program ACC’s Corporate Learning Division Nurse Refresher Program is designed for the RN who has been away from practice and wants to enhance their nursing knowledge and clinical skills in preparation for re-entry into active practice. The course is offered in three modules. Module One is an online theory course. Module Two is a six-week hands-on skills lab course utilizing the nursing lab at the ACC University Center at Chaparral in Parker, Colo. Module Three consists of 120 hours of onsite practicum experience at an approved nursing facility after passing the final exam. Instructors will advise students and give guidance as they progress through the modules of the program.
